What do we do:

The Fall Meeting, held on the first weekend in November, is all about the trips. Summaries of all bids from the short list are sent to clubs in advance of the Fall meeting. Clubs review the bids and provide input.

On Saturday, during the business portion of the meeting, bidding resorts are asked to give presentations, answer questions and try to convince clubs to select them for the destination. The Saturday night “Pre-VIEW” Resort Showcase is face-to-face time with bidding resorts and clubs to help clubs make decisions.

On Sunday, the Director of Bids reviews the bids with the clubs and a vote is taken to decide on the final destinations for January, February and SpringBreak trips.
